Ingredients
  • 8oz package of cream cheesesoftened
  • 1cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4cup white onionvery finely diced
  • 3tbps pickle juice
  • 1tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2tsp kosher salt
  • 1pinch black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir the softened cream cheese with a wooden spoon until it is smooth. Add the pickle juice and mix until loosened.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
  3. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour (or overnight).
  4. Serve dip with pretzels/crackers/chips/veggies, or as a spread on a sandwich.
Recipe Notes

**Cardinal Rule** You want to use a mild flavored onion for this dip, and should avoid using red onions as they are more likely to overpower the dill pickle flavor.
